A couple of weeks ago Chad and I spent a few days in one of our favorite places- Manhattan. It was the perfect time to visit New York as spring had just arrived. Every corner had planters bursting with daffodils and tulips, while the parks were painted in color with one of my personal favorites- cherry blossoms. As a child, I lived in Japan for a couple of years while my dad was stationed there and I will never forget the epic cherry blossom bloom that took place every year. They would fall from the trees and color the streets in beauty... Seeing them this year in New York was so special and I will always be in awe of their brief, yet incredible beauty.
